• If articles are not available during verification of your order, you always have the option to cancel your order, or to allow SledDogShop.com to deliver as soon as possible.
• SledDogShop.com gives only warrranty as far as the factory warranty applies. Producs having manufacterers' errors at delivery can be replaced by the manufacterer.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICES
1.1. Prices of products are given in Euro, including Belgium VAT, excluding the Shipping and Handling Costs.

1.2. All orders are payable in Euro.
 
1.3. SledDogShop.com reserves the right to change its prices at anytime, bu th products are invoices with the prices at the time of order registration.

1.4. SledDogShop.com cannot be held responsible for erroes in its promotions or offerings.

1.5. The products remain property of SledDogShop.com untill the price is completely and definitvely paid.

ARTICLE 2 – PAYMENT
2.1. For ordering with www.SledDogShop.com there are 3 possible ways of payment:

• via internetbanking: o.a. Dexia Netbanking, ING Homepay, KBC Online, CBC Online
• via money transfer: all banks
• cash payment for delivered goods, maximum of €150.00.

ARTICLE 3 – PERSONAL DATA
3.1.  Your personal data are stored by SledDogShop.com and kept in your account to allow us to perform the transaction. Once your data are registered and stored, the transactions will be going through faster.

3.2. SledDogShop.com abides by the belgian Law of 8 December 1992 in regards to the handling of personal data, changed by the Law of 11 December 1998, in which there is a refernce to the European Guideline of 24 OCtober 1995.
This law deteremines that the person or company that gather personal data, must have the permission of the person in question, that the data have to be relevant, correct, and that they have to be collected for specific, clear and lawfull purposes. ARTICLE 4 - APPROVAL
By ordering via SledDogShop.com you have read and agree to the Conditions of Use described Confirming your order means you accept these Conditions.

Except other proof, the by SledDogShop.Com registered data are proof of all the transactions between SledDogShop.com and its customers.

ARTICLE 5 – CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER
Your order is only final and confirmed upon reception of the email that validates your order, at which time SledDogShop.com is obligated to deliver. We strongly suggest that you verify your email

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
6.1. Delivery is principally only possible inside Europe. For outside Europe, please contact gijs@sleddogshop.com.

6.2. The products will be sent to the delivery address you supply during the ordering process.

6.3. Any delivery time indicated on the website are only an indication, and are in no way contractual. SledDogShop.com does its utmost best to respect the exepcted delivery time. Are the ordered goods not deliverd within 30 days, the order can be considered null and void. In that case, SledDogShop.comn can return the payment within 30 days.See also Delivery

6.4. Shippoing and Handling Costs:

• For delivery of books,/CDs/DVDs you pay a fix amount of €5,00
• The delivery of other items is a per order/item/zone calculated amount

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT TO RENOUNCE
7.1. The Belgian Law on Trade, Information and Protection of the Consumer of 14 July 1991, allows the consumer to inform the seller within 7 working days that he/she wishes to renounce the sale.

7.2.  When the buyer renounces the sale, he/she can only do so within 7 working days of the delivery of the order. The goods need to be returned within the same timeframe (7 working days) in their original, undamaged packaging, together with all accessories, the user manual and a copy of the delivery note or invoice, to:

7.3. Within 30 days after acceptance of the return of goods, SledDogShop.com will reimburse the payment, except for the shipping and handling costs incurred during the order process.

7.4. The right to renounce is not applicable to audio and video products, and software, where the consumer has broken the seal.
Incomplete, damaged, used or soiled products are not taken back.
